By accessing and using GerTV, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
Technical Disclaimer
GerTV does not host, store, or manage any video files or streams on its servers. We provide a technical interface that allows users to access third-party content providers. We do not claim ownership over any of the media provided through our service.
Service Usage
Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection (Recommended: 25Mbps for 8K). You agree not to:
- Restream or redistribute the content provided.
- Share your login credentials with others (unless on a Multi-Device plan).
- Use the service for illegal commercial broadcasting.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are activated manually by our team via WhatsApp or Email. Once the activation code is sent, the subscription period begins. We do not currently use auto-renewal; you must manually purchase a renewal before your current plan expires.
Modifications
GerTV reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified.
